This place has upgraded since the last time I've been here. They have a movie area in the wave pool, the food is okay..kinda pricey, the stingray is awesome and so are the other rides. Except for maybe the tall slender black slides. They are probably one of the first slides you see, but they are extremely hot and hurt as you go down them. I'd advise to stay away from them, but every thing else will give you and your family an amazing experience.
My kids are loving this place. It may be smaller but they are enjoying it. Not sure if people know this but if you take your food lion card (MVP) you will receive $7 off per person.
Never crowded and very inexpensive, guaranteed fun. All of the slides have a way of making them more enjoyable. Even the most basic slides twist and turn to make you feel as if you'll tip over but you never do! The new Rockin' Ray ride looks intimidating but very much fun! Highly recommend and always worth a day of my trip to Myrtle Beach!
Family had a great time! Ages 11 months, 6 and 8. And the parents had a great time too!! Lines were decent, slides we're fun, facility was clean. If there were more tubes and maybe a better system for acquiring a tube, things would run a little smoother. Also, the staff could be a little more friendly. Other than that, we had fun!
The cement is very hot there should be some shading when walking to the slides, water wasn't very refreshing either except at the kiddie areas, which is where we would go to really cool off. The dark black slides are not all that great. There's not alot of water and you definitely burn your skin going down them.... Mats would be better. Went down the yellow slide which was only running one of them and got brush burn on my shoulder from the bottom of the pool after coming off slide. Pool should definitely be a little deeper there. Only spent 2 hrs here and was ready to leave.
