Bankers are very nice, but are useless to help me solve issues I've been having with an account. I'm definitely glad I didn't close my account out at my other bank or I would be in a bad situation. They either are unmotivated to help get my account taken care of or lack the organization to do it in a timely manner. A month and multiple visits and calls to fix it is enough.

Always let them know not to sign you up for credit cards and things like that as they have been known to do credit checks without permission.
