This is the largest selection of Halloween costumes you will find. Plenty of selection and accessories. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However some of the staff were extremely rude. The dresses are not in US sizes. When I asked about sizing, one lady, Debbie said I would need to go to the plus sizes. Then two there employees chimed in. One girl continued to make rude comments. She went as far as to make comments to another customer that some people try on things that are too small trying to make them fit and rip them. She said this after suggesting I try on a size 44! Well I tried on the 34 and it was too big. Go figure!
A must visit in Myrtle Beach! Unbelievable selection of costumes, hats, and costumes accessories. Good prices and a staff that is very helpful. We came in looking for pirate stuff for our Disney cruise and was greeted with a smile by a super friendly tiny young lady. ( I hate I forget her name) She helped my two girls and I put together our matching pirate outfits. My husband didn't want anything but a BIG THANK YOU to RIvers for not giving up on him. He patiently showed him many many options until he liked one. Now he is just as excited about pirate night as we are.
Very big store. Very helpful employees. Fun to just walk around.
The manager on duty was receptive and respectful, but the associates are rude (multiple occasions). The dance/tap shoes this store sells are very poorly quality. The soles completely separated from my daughter's shoes after less than two hours of use. We were told to "glue them back together" or wait four weeks to have them replaced by the manufacturer.
