My boyfriend and I don't normally frequent adult shops, but we thought we'd give this one a try. The store was very clean and had a wide variety of items. The cashier was helpful and assisted me with finding the right size lingerie. I was pleased with the service and will be back!
Cute selection, can't try on most outfits with bottoms, a lot of over priced box outfits that you can not try on or return if they don't fit. They do not order new shoes often. But being a dancer you don't have much of a shopping choice. Although the toy selection I give 5 stars.
I hate to say it because Priscilla's did have an amazing selection of products. However the lady running the register when I went to return a toy that me and my fiance bought for a romantic night at our one year anniversary of being together, we open the box to find that the products inter sealed packaging have been torn open and the item had been tampered with to the extent of leaving fingerprint smudges on it, so we did not get to use it for our special night we had planned and when we attempted to return the item which we had replaced by ordering online to ensure that it we would receive it without it being tampered with, we were treated very rudely and told that it was normal for them to open the sex toy products and allow people to handle them freely and put them back in the box and then hand them to the customers to take home and use on themselves which is incredibly unsanitary. Even though the day prior when we head cold about the issue and were told that we could return it we just had to wait for the following day when the manager would be there and drove almost a half hour to get there to say we did not get to enjoy the night that we had planned then we were treated very rudely by the woman working the counter who refused to let us speak with the district manager who supposedly refused our refund and on top of it she refused to give us her own name so that we could pursue a refund through management above her head. I cannot believe that it's legal to sell dirty sex toys to people thats got to be a health code violation. I cannot believe that not only are they selling dirty sex toys on top of it they're acting very unsympathetic and flat-out rude and disrespectful on top of it. I would not recommend purchasing anything from there because she said flat out that that's what they do with their toys there, they don't have demonstration for models for people to handle and there is nowhere in writing that they are not allowed to do that and that there's nowhere in writing that they cannot give refunds it's just how they do it. I'm truly disgusted and plan on calling the Health Department. And the woman running the register who is highly disrespectful and refuse to give us information to contact the district manager and refused to give her own name and when I called to have her connect me to the district manager told me she was busy with a customer and to call back in a minute and when I called back she hung up on me 5 times in a row and I had to download a texting app and change my number just to get her to answer and that's when she refused to give me any information that I could pursue things further. Truly unbelievable
