I went to the dental clinic to get my teeth cleaned. I paid (up front) $140. The technician took x-rays (that I didn't ask for) & a dentist looked in my mouth & told me I needed a cap. That's it......$140 - I feel like I've been mugged. And this was supposedly a discount???? And my teeth still need to be cleaned. If I could rate them a negative star - that's what they would get.
I had an exceptional experience in this office on several occasions. I feel they genuinely care for their patients well being.
Phenomenally understanding and caring employees and nurses... The Dr. is as well. One of the best experiences I've had.
The phone number is wrong
Unprofessional receptionists. I went there a week ago to get my ribs checked out as a walk in. I asked if they could take me that day as a new patient and they said yes. I sat there for at least thirty minutes. They asked if I preferred a female doctor and I said yes, they sent me over to the family physician next door. I told them I was pregnant and I was experiencing difficulty breathing due to extreme rib discomfort. They in turn sent me back next door, and the receptionist wouldn't let me see a doctor. She told me to call and make an appointment. I went home made an appointment for today. I made sure to tell them I am pregnant. The person that scheduled the appointment said that wasn't an issue. I went in today, once again to be sent to the family physician. I sat in the waiting room very patiently. They called me over for my insurance and my i.d. Then they told me they couldn't see me because they can't treat me because they aren't an OB-GYN.....Two wasted trips all for them to just tell me they couldn't see me both times. I would suggest going to any other office than this.
