This place needs to get it together!! We were enrolled in the autopay for the monthly payments and they took the whole premium out at once which then screwed up our bank account with insufficient funds. Had to go to them to get out fees covered and was told that they will fix it for next month well guess what it happened again!! Then they also gave our credit to another person's account!! Took them over 4 months to finally issue our credit to our account! DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY IF YOU CAN HELP IT!! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!
Switched to Jay Jefferson State Farm after having several billing issues with my previous agent. Have not had one issue with billing since. Very friendly staff and very efficient!! First time I have ever looked forward to talking to my insurance company!!
Been here twice.They need a new staff. These people are horrible . kayla is only one worth dealing with but both times I couldn't speak to her. Big guy on right is paperweight
