If you ever need locksmith, these are ppl to call. I had to take my safe there get it open and new keys. They are very friendly and helpful. I was expecting to pay way much more than I did. They are very pleasant and fast with getting you what you need. Will go there if ever need locksmith.
What a wonderful, local, family business! I visited today looking for some help with the locks on an oddball set of suitcases. They took great care of me, were very knowledgeable and helpful, and solved my problem quickly. Would highly, highly recommend this business, run by some really awesome people!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I left my job early to be home. I was told I would get a phone call before they came. I never got a call so I ccalled them to see if they were coming. They stated they rang my door bell 15 times. I told them someone said they were going to be calling first they refused to come back leaving me with no use of my front door. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude. I now have to wait until Monday to even get anther company to come out.
I was literally in a "jam" and Kim helped us get into the unit. Excellent service! I highly recommend All About Locks!
