I'm sad to say that I was mislead in the beginning. I asked if they needed a 30 day notice when I vacate and they said no .. just call us the day you are completely out and if its clean we will give you a refund of whats due for the remainder of the month. So, I did just that and confirmed it was clean by Lois but now I'm told that the regional manager has decided to give NO refunds for anything. So I'm out the $94.92 I should have been refunded. I have always been a good repeat customer that never ever made one late payment but I guess that doesn't matter ... So, a customer of this establishment I will NEVER be again. Sorry to the nice people that have to work their and mislead there customers. They are really nice though I would rather have my money back.
The ladies in the office are wonderful and always go above and beyond the scope of duty. Will recommend to friends and family !!! Thank you
Was getting storage unit for my mother in law. The man we spoke to on the phone was very kind and informational. We got to the place and the storage manager check us out and she was absolutely delightful to do business.
Amazing customer service. Tina was extremely helpful and very accommodating. This has been the most stressful moving experience of my entire, life and even the most simple parts have been ridiculously complicated and unnecessarily stressful. I'm so grateful that my experience with Tina at life storage was quick and easy with zero complications. It sounds like a small thing, but after the utterly horrrible last 2 weeks ive had, it was such a relief to finally have a pleasant experience. I Highly recommend life storage. The prices are reasonable as well
The manager (Heather) was so awesome in helping me decide which size unit I needed. Heather and Tina are always very helpful, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location of Life Storage!
