They are polite, professional, men and women that have never let me down. I even trust them to carry my children when I have needed it. It's comforting to know every driver passes a 25 year driving and SLED reports!
I wish I could give this company, Absolute Taxi, zero stars. I reserved transportation several weeks in advance, they did not show up. Then I called to see what happened, they told me they could not do the transportation. I asked why when I reserved this weeks ago, they said they could, and he began to argue with me about when I reserved the transportation. He then hung up on me. Absolutely WORST customer service I've ever received. They are not trustworthy or professional.
If this is the cab company that has a driver named Bill. He is a meth head and should be drug tested and then fired.
