Able to visit friends & stay at their camper with ease. Only problem is that everyone's packed in here like sardines, so space & parking may become an issue. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for me.
Long, well-maintained pier on the beach of the popular Apache campground. It only costs $1 to walk the pier, a tiny fee that is completely worth it to enjoy the gorgeous views. We frequently visit at night to soak up the stars overhead and admire the hotel lights on the shore. This pier has a small second-story lookout where you have an even greater view of the sea and the fishermen below.
Great place to bring family. Cottages are very well kept. I love their southern hospitality. Everyone is super friendly; so much to do in town; shops, beach walking.
Well worth the $1 per person to walk the pier, beautiful views and if you're lucky you'll see a fisherman reel in something cool! We visited the arcade afterwards, small but fun for us! We visited the ticket booth and a young lady met us there and gave our toddler a special prize! Absolutely blown away by the generosity and kind hearts at Apache! ❤️
