Great food and portions. At first when I saw the prices I was turned off. Until I got my plate and saw the portions, which were accompanied by great tasting food! The French toast is AMAZING! We have added this to our Myrtle Beach stops!! Staff was awesome as well!

We visit this spot every time we come to Myrtle Beach. The staff here is absolutely awesome. They are so nice and the service is fast and the food is absolutely delicious. We Love it here and we would suggest this restaurant to ALL.
Would give it zero stars if I could. Stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes, 3 employees walked by us, one actually asked my daughter to move over so she could grab a silverware bundle. Not one person acknowledged us or said we will be with you in a minute. We left and went down the street to Flapjacks. Much better and much cleaner. I was skeptical about Carolina as soon as we walked in. It was dark and dingy - the state of cleanliness was difficult to asses because of this. I did remind me of a school lunch room rather than a restaurant....
We were looking for a good place for breakfast and so glad we stopped here. It was our first time in myrtle beach and had no idea or influence on where to go. We saw there was a good amount of cars , but not too dreadful where it would be crowded. We walked in we were seated rather quickly. The waitress was fun, energetic, and very attentive. The food was great! Home cooked style everything. The price was perfect and the atmosphere was amazing. You feel like you're at home. I loved everything about it
