Everything was very good quality and the service was superb. They do an excellent job of honoring veterans too. They steak, ribs, salads and soups and fajitas are good. Highly recommend.
This is literally the worst Chili’s I have ever been to. And not many Chili’s are even mediocre these days, but whenever I tell my server KIERA that I can’t have mayonnaise.. that it disgusts me extremely. Well my sandwich comes back with mayo smothered all over it, so it’s not even possible to scrape it off. I tell my server kindly that I can’t eat mayo, she ROLLS HER EYES AT ME. Afterwards, my mother asks for ranch for her wings(which she originally ordered) THREE TIMES. We have waited 10 minutes for our server to see how she could fix the issue with my sandwich, and by now my mothers wings are cold because she still hasn’t received her ranch. So I peek around the corner of the server station, to find our server chatting with another server.. and when I asked for a ranch, she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME AGAIN. I have been a server for 12 years, if you can’t put a smile on your face and do a simple job during a slow shift.. FIND A DIFFERENT JOB KIERA
We tried the curbside pickup for the first time. I had to wait 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, which is fine if the order is hot and correct... However, we ordered 2 entrees that come with 2 sides each, but only got 1 side each. We also made a special note not to include bacon on one of the sides and that was missed as well. There are too many dinner options to bring my business back here...
This location is a good one! Not really ever super packed so the service is quick. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and this location offers several televisions with different options. Food was good and didn't take long to come out.
Server was also the bar tender (Kristina) and we sat on the patio. Service was excellent; drinks never got to empty, she remembered and brought out all necessary items in a very timely fashion(including extra napkins), smiled and made our whole family feel welcome. The food was good and came out quick. Great experience tonight!
