There was 2 waitresses who took our orders, one got 3 of the family members with us, the other got my wife and I, the kids, and the other family member (one of my kids didn't even order). Basic red lobster stuff popcorn shrimp, pasta, steak, basic stuff. Well over an hour went by but honestly we didn't really notice as we were eating the cheddar biscuits and our salads when the manager came out to explain that the order didn't make it through to the kitchen (AKA they didn't place the order and or lost the ticket). I asked how 7 orders could get lost on such a casual night, no reply, said the orders would be out shortly.
Had good service tonight. Food was really good. The lobster bisque soup was excellent.

Great experience! Visited specifically for the endless shrimp promotion. Service was outstanding and food was fresh, hot and well prepared. Allison did an awesome job of keeping the endless shrimp refills promptly. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Definitely will return when promotion returns.
Hands down the worst Red Lobster I have ever been to. Came here on a Saturday night this past labor day weekend with 8 people, my wife and I, our 2 kids, and 4 other family members. This particular night they weren't even busy at all, we were seated instantly (almost unheard of on a Saturday night in Myrtle beach).
Fairly positive ill never be back to this location.
The endless shrimp variety, taste and portions were a pleasant surprise. Friends asked us to join them. Hadn't been to a Red Lobster in a decade. Glad we came.
They did ask if there was anything we would want free of charge (standard and a fine offer), but at that point I was just very mad and extremely hungry. I just asked them to cancel my own order because I was kinda mad that this happened and just lost my appetite, as did another guest in our party.
OK about 20 min later the orders finally arrive, two of the now 5 people who are eating get the completely wrong order, bring it back 10 min later...still wrong ( they eat it because they're starving). Service was semi OK, nothing to brag about, the waitress just left the water on the table so we could serve ourselves instead of her and the other waitress doing their jobs, my guess is they were so embarrassed by their terrible performance that night they were just going to nope out of that experience.
