Very satisfied, I used RotoPat for my carpet cleaning for several years now. After a huge storm, I had flood hit my house and it was a disaster! I called and within 3 hours, a crew was set up and at my place. He may not be the biggest company out there, but I will always use him for my carpet and Flood/renovation needs!! I love my new carpet as well, it was good price and I'm a happy customer!!
