Easily to spot from the main road, Hwy 501. It is definitely bigger than it looks like with tons of stores and plenty of nice places to sit and rest outside with nice views of their many fountains and flowers. There is also a lot of kiddie rides everywhere in case your little ones get bored of shopping or have to let out some energy. You might get lucky and get a parking spot really close to a store front or even in their sections where you can drive through the outlet center, but if not, there is plenty of parking all the way around. This is an outdoor outlet center, so if you mind getting wet during bad weather, then you should better look for an indoor mall. So far, every store I have been to has been a good shopping experience with nice and helpful employees. A little secret for finding some really good deals are the “VF outlet” stores there. You might have to dig a little but usually there is a gem hiding in the masses of what seems to be the outlet’s outcast items with a sometimes pretty significant discount. Tags with a black sticker are discounted by 90% !
Went to purchase gift cards and the staff member was extremely friendly and courteous. I always enjoy shopping at the outlets. Always good deals and love the selection.
We went the day after Christmas---guaranteed nightmare---I did not want to go but my husband insisted. Although crowded--parking was easy. Shopping was easier. Checking out was fast and efficient. The first store I went in-Hanes---had a running suit I had looked at and wanted online--but had passed because of the cost---75% off, my size, my color---I was thrilled--next store had a top--exact color--on sale for $5.---I am not the shopper in my family--my husband is. That day he bought me 4 items for less than $30. We look forward to a visit to Tanger Outlets wherever we travel.
Plenty of shops, parking is always available. Good food close, cheap prices and friendly staff. Live the Nike outlet! Can't wait to go back!!!!
Sprawling outlet mall with two distinct locations that are not really close to one another; in fact getting from one to the other is a significant drive; visiting both might take up the better part of a day.
