Had a minor issue with a certain item being out of stock for a particular sale. Robert (If I remember the name correctly) the Manager on duty helped us out and he probably didnt have to and I would have been fine being SOL if it came down to it. Either company policy or his kind work ethic will make sure I come back again

Wendi, the dog trainer, is extremely knowledgeable, understands what the dog owner wants and needs and is truly helpful in every way. There is a large, beautiful collection of puppies and dog graduates' photos in the training room. Thank you for the time you took, Wendy, to give me all the details I needed to make my decision to have you train my dog.
I’ve been going to Petco for years. The people are great and there’s usually a good supply of what I want. When there isn’t, they order it and I get free shipping right to my front door. My only complaint would be that on many items, litter and other peripherals, Walmart has it cheaper. So what? I go to Walmart anyway, so buying some pet stuff there is no problem at all.
Great pet store and very knowledgeable staff. My cat needed a flea collar and they recommended a great one and scanned a coupon for $10 off that I didn't know about. :-)
