The doughnuts were delicious but the service was very lacking. The woman filling the orders was just plain hateful and the girl taking orders was so lazy she kept laying across the counter between orders. Our hot doughnuts were no longer hot after waiting for iced coffee that no one seemed to know how to make.
At 4:30 pm on a a Saturday and they say, oh we don’t have original donuts until after 5pm. Donuts are your only job, how do you not have them. Smh
AI talked to a manager and they assured me they would correct the issue. I have been back 2 times and still very inconsistent.
Fun, friendly, and helpful staff. Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a Krispy Kreme. Manager on duty was funny and seemed to have a good relationship with the employees.
