Love Panera Bread and this one is by far one of the top. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice atmosphere. Larger than most.

First impressions: not good at all. I heard on the news they were giving the first 1000 customers Panera travel coffee mugs, and since this new outlet was on the way to work I decided to give their coffee a try. First and foremost, I had to fill out my own order on these ipads. Had to cash myself out as well. It was near 6:30am and I was sure I was one of the first 1000. The greeter was very nice and helpful but told me to get a cup and the coffee station was to the left. I asked about the free travel mug and she corrected me that it was the first 1000 customers after 10am... I did get a little chocolate chip cookie for signing up for that Panera account but it was a bit early to eat something like a cookie for breakfast. Wasn't very happy at this point---and to top it all off I had to pour my own coffee. They had a few options, half and half/skim milk--no full creamer. So in all: I had to make my own order, pay myself, and pour my own coffee for over $2. No mug.

The ham and Swiss sandwich was huge! More like 2 sandwiches, can't complain, I'm a happy camper!

It seems at both loctions in Myrtle beach, that they run out of items very quickly. I don't understand how a sandwich/bakery is out of things 6+ hours before they close. They really either need to make more or have a baker on staff during the day to make more items that run out. It is very annoying and disappointing to go and every time you go they are out of so much and out of everything you want.

,Very slow to make a smoothie. Approximately 15 minutes. I believe one to three people in the dining area and one person waiting for a pickup order.
