I received a bob haircut from Cris and she did a wonderful job. I got many compliments. My hair felt nice, soft and manageable several days after my visit. They are very clean and have a beautiful spa room, very soothing. They also have a back room where Leslie does exercise and nutritional coaching for a healthier lifestyle. Leslie also helps with weight-loss and exercise. They have exercise videos, weights, exercise balls and an exercise machine. I also spoke with Leslie and she has really helped me changed my perception of food and dieting with just a few visits.
