Southern Finance is a Great little finance company, If you have to use them ask for McKenna !!!! She is so pleasantly Nice & Professional..... However, if you get stuck with Rusty, you should Run !! Run !! Run !!
I received a loan when my credit was terrible. Making my payments on time has quickly improved my credit. The staff are very kind, especially McKenna.
His People skills are Not Much to be Desired !!! Very Rude, Unpleasant, & Cocky....He doesn't have very good people skills and the only thing he is good for is Running good long time customers away !!! Avoid at All Cost !! The Owners of This Small chain of finance companies should reconsider the person they let Manage this Office when there are much more Capable, Professional & Courtesy people already working for them, who could actually Attract Customers, instead of running them away, So avoid Rusty at all cost !!!!!
