I visited this location during my vacation and loved it. TV at each machine. Plenty of massage and hydromassage chairs. Very clean locker rooms. The staff was nice and my mom even had a nice comfy space to sit while I wrapped up my workout. I'll be checking this location out on every visit!
Great place to workout but I do not like the new tanning bed scan system. You are allowed to only tan once a day. I tanned yesterday for 6 min. Today 22 hours later, the system will not allow me to tan. Yes, I am responsible for my own choices. Not happy. There was also not enough help at the front when came in. Need to step up your game and take care of your members.
Gym is nice and enjoyed working out there 4 months ago! My scheduled has picked up with work so had to cancel as I don't use the membership anymore! Last 3 months have been hell trying to get this cancelled! I've went to home gym, and sent in a letter and still being charged! Over 60.00 worth of monthly charges after telling them I was cancelling! Ridiculous! Going back in today to try to cancel for a 3rd time! Won't be seeing my money back I'm sure even though I haven't used the damn thing for 3 months because I don't have time! Won't be coming back to this gym again once my schedule frees up!
Machines could use improving but overall a very clean and well laid out gym. Better than many I have gone to in the past. Has everything you need for a good workout.
I have a great experience every time I come into planet fitness. Johnny is a wonderful employee he is very friendly and very helpful every time I come into the gym. Thank you Johnny keep up your excellent work!!
