My favorite new nail salon!!! I came in for a Super Deluxe Pedicure and it felt like Heaven. My nail technician was skilled and professional. Super chic, elegant place with friendly staff. The pedicure chair gave me a back massage while my feet were being pampered. The establishment offered an extremely clean, relaxing atmosphere that I appreciated. I was really impressed with the individual disposable plastic lining for the pedicure bowl.....super hygenic . Highly recommended!
I am really picky when it comes to get my manicure and pedicure. I have to say that I was extremely happy with Daisy Nails. My nail technician really listened to what I wanted and took her time to do a wonderful thorough job. And of course the salon is really clean and cutely decorated. I loved the disposable plastic lining for the pedicure! Will be back again and again!
Very clean & sanitary salon that uses liners for the pedicure baths! The technicians here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed! Both the pedicure and manicure I got were amazing! I definitely place this salon above all the other salons I've visited....and I've been to quite a few!
We just walked in to see the shop. They asked if they could help us, we asked for manicures for the three of us. I was surprised they took Walkins! Mai did my nails and it was wonderful! I am Diabetic and Mai even gave me a pedicure! I have never been so pampered! The shop was clean, the Doppler were super nice and helpful. We will return to Daisy Nails & Spa and recommend it very highly to others!
Unfortunately a five star experience turned into a one Star at check out. So I gave them a 3 star. Started with one tech and told him and showed pics of what I wanted and was quoted a price and agreed to it. Then got switched to a different tech half way through and at check out was told a much higher price. I would not have a problem with price if it was quoted upfront, but when it changes and the job doesn't, I have a problem. Then it makes you look bad when you stand up for what was agreed upon and the one who agreed says he never said it. NICE. I repeated several different ways what was wanted and included, there is no other way I could've been clearer. I said I would go ahead and try gel powder set and I wanted gel polish in the French style design I showed him. When he told me $40 ($35 +5), I said and that is for gel everything? Gel nail and polish and he said yes! At checkout the other tech told me it was $35 + $20=$55. When I questioned it, the other tech denied saying it and a lady came up and showed me the gel polish is $15 in the price pamphlet. I said when you're getting a full set it is never the price of coming in just to get gel polish and I ask so if I come back and get the same thing again, will it be $40, $50 or $55. What is it. They had no answer. They just said it's $40 this time, that's fine. Well it's not fine, because it made me look bad because a worker wouldn't stand up for what he said. And I never got an answer of $5, $15 or $20 extra! Not good business practice. Called bait and switch. Whether it was an honest mistake or not. OWN IT! By the way, my nails were beautiful, too bad the ending ruined me every coming back. I would suggest recording the agreed conversation. Wish I would have
