This place really should learn to listen to your customer s . I ask if they could please finish taken all the gel polish off my nails before doing my fill in and the men was rude . I ask if he could make them thicker he was rude . Each thing I asked for he said would be more money I said OK and then I told him his service was not good bc he wasn't even doing what he said I had to pay more money for . He then told me I could go another place . If I'm paying u to do something it should be done with out being rude .

Horrible. I am a local have been coming to this nail salon since June I am a LOYAL customer and my last time there I was treated like crap. The two owners who are very nice were on vacation and the woman in the second chair with short hair did my nails two days prior and used a very thick old color on my nails that she even had to add solution to, to make less thick. 2 hrs later after sitting there drying my nails for 20mins I took a shower and washed my hair and my nails looked terrible and were all smudged. Saturday we didn't have such great weather and sunday they are closed so i returned on Monday to have them redone. And she wanted to charge me, i explained that this should not have happened and that the color was bad she didn't want to do it she kept arguing with me and was very nasty. I told her i would not return anymore and the she was losing 2 steady customers me and my daughter and she responded saying she doesn't care. she does not need me as a customer or need my money and not to come back. I am upset that she acted so unprofessionally because i always went there to get my nails done but I WILL NOT give my hard earned money to this salon EVER again. You do not treat loyal customers that way.
I went for a pedicure. While I was there the inspector showed up. The hours showed closed on Sunday as there was a piece of white tape that was taped over the actual hours. One of the workers quickly went to remove the tape that said closed so the inspector would not noticed. FYI - I did go the following Sunday to do some shopping in Walmart and noticed they were locked up and closed. While the inspector was there the employee doing my pedicure was more interested in the inspector than me as the customer. She was busy watching him. I felt as if I didn't get the full service of a pedicure as she was preoccupied with what was happening around her. She put lotion on my legs however didn't massage them as I'm use to receiving. After the inspector left the manager was complaining to me and the other customers who were receiving their pedicure about the inspection and the company. VERY unprofessional. The price stated a pedicure was $25 and design was $3. I was charged $30 when I should have been charged $28. I left a $3 tip and should not have left nothing. This was my 2nd time there and I don't plan on going back. Obviously they are not following corporate requirements and the service I received was poor.
