I would def give it 0 stars if i could.. the stylist jen messed my hair up so bad it was missing big chunks and very uneven i had to pay and walk out and go over to regis to get it fixed!! The stylist there fixed it the best she could although my hair is way short! She did a wonderful job and saved my day!! I only went to mastercuts cuz im new in town and didnt kno where to go and it was right in the mall where i work at and there was no waiting time- however she had me in there almost 2 hrs!! Which would of been ok if it was the style i wanted or atleast a decent haircut! Not only was she slow and couldn't cut hair she acted as if she was drunk or high!! Worse place ever i wouldn't even let my dog get a haircut there!! But i must say the manager responded to my email within 24hrs and was very nice n understanding she said she was gonna refund my money and send me a gift certificate to use at regis when my hair grew back so i could get it fixed the right way so we will see if i get it... MY ADVICE IS DONT GO HERE UNLESS U JUS NEED UR HEAD SHAVED!!
Got an outstanding cut, 5 star quality.
So I had an appointment at 10:30 for my 1 year old , I had called the day before to verify they could cut his hair because he's little , the lady assured me it was no problem, I called around 10:20 to let them I would be a couple minutes late , when I get there around 10:40 , the lady was like "you're going to have to wait there's two people ahead of you" which I understood , after all I was late , so I said that's fine & then she looks at my son with the nastiest attitude & says "im not going to cut his hair , he is too little we don't do that here", so then I said "I called yesterday & they told me they would have someone who did" & she looks at me & says "I don't care what they said , I'm the one cutting it" she had literally the nastiest attitude . I don't care if she couldn't cut it , i would of understood , I'm a nice person, if she would have been more polite about it i wouldn't be writing this review.
My haircut that I got from Jen was horrible. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. It was chopped and all sorts of uneven and unfinished. Agree with another review, Jen acted like she was drunk and smelled of alcohol. Too bad I didn't realize that until I was in the chair and half way done. She was moving super slow yet she was done with my cut in 5 mins. Can't say she was in a hurry to get to the next customer, because there was nobody else there. Horrible experience! Will never go back there ever again!
The back of my hair is so messed up and uneven. They way it was styled was hard to tell when she showed me but when I straighten it out, absolutely horrible, looks like my toddler cut it. Very disappointed, get what you pay for I guess
