Terrible customer service , impatient employees and no service skills. One of the employees hung up the phone because she could not comprehend what I was asking ?. Definitely need some new employees.

If I could choose zero stars I would they don't even deserve one. I would NEVER recommend this place for my worst enemy. Did such a terrible job. So disappointed.
I went to get a high messy bum for my wedding 11.12.17 and I even showed the lady (she's black with really short hair) a picture of what i wanted and I clearly stated I didn't want nothing to sleek just really loose high bum. The lady was so rough with my hair brushing it so hard and that's not the worst part I really thought she was going to dig the bobby pins into my head my skull even bleeding a little. The hairstyle was no way close to the picture I showed her it was ugly/awful/shity . I completely hated it. As soon as I got into my car I started taking in out and make it worst she charge me $55 for a shity ass low sleek bum which I told her I wanted a high loose/lazy bum.
