They did a fair job on my mom's hair and I will test them out on the 10th of January
I have dark brown/ black hair with highlights from past treatments that looked fine. I asked to get navy blue put in my hair if it wasn't too difficult, but was reassured it would be simple. I came out with black hair, so I called and made another appointment for navy blue to be put in. Again, I was reassured it would be an easy fix. I left with seaweed green, blonde, brown, and black hair. No blue. The stylist, Jess, was even so proud she put a photo on her Instagram.
Stephanie's Salon & Day Spa is not only a place that makes you feel relaxed when you walk in the door. But if you are like me and need that place that books you in advance, calls the day before to remind you. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, "Robin" takes care of me. She knows what I want, and actually ask before every haircut if I want anything different or the same shape up, she listens, if I want a change and she gives it a 110%, every time. The price to me is fantastic ! For the quality of the hair cut, the luxury of the inside of building and the aesthetics of the outside. ROBIN, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, for always taking care of my needs and working with me and my busy schedule. Every three weeks, I have to stay shaped up and have a clean cut ! She provides every time !
This time I asked for Stephanie, who told me I needed to give Jess another chance to fix it. I came back in and told her to just make it all black again but it needed a treatment because it was so damaged. She did make it black and did do A treatment which made it look semi healthy to walk out of the door, but my first wash and it was destroyed again. I had to lose 6 inches or more of my hair 3 months before my wedding. I'm very disappointed. You would hope if a customer of years returns three times for a problem, they would at least call to check up. I wish I could upload pictures because they speak for itself. I would not return nor recommend.
I let it sit for a week looking like a rats nest of seaweed because I hate complaining (it was so dry and damaged at this point, all I could do is put it in a bun) before I called again.
Beautiful and welcoming salon; I wanted to stay all day and sit at their coffee bar. Fantastic service by Josie... will definitely be back and will be handing out cards!
