First of all, if I could rate this restaurant a "ZERO" I surely would. My experience with this restaurant was very unprofessional. And its disappointing because we order from this place every year we come for vacation.
I'll never order from this place every again. It's not about the money or the food. Customer service is a very big key when you're serving people. I've been in customer service for years and know for a fact that your service means a lot. Even if you mess up an order, you show your customer that you care and do what has to be done to make it right. Your customer will appreciate you and always come back. But not in this case.
This location offered the great taste you expect in Godfathers pizza. The interior needs some work to be honest. You get the impression that the carpet is original which wouldn't be surprising since everything else (chairs, tables, counter, arcade games) appear to be original as well. The tables were clean and as a whole it was 'clean' but the carpet, they need to invest some money there and just move out the old arcade machines, especially the broken ones (like broken to the point of no display). BUT, all that being said, if you want Godfathers pizza and it's great flavor, you can get it here.
The pizza was excellent but the staff was awful the lady's English was terrible and she was really rude when I asked if they had straws and to my surprise they didn't. Their website was also very misleading because they said it was a buffet but when we got there it wasn't. I would definitely order the pizza again but I wouldn't go back to the restaurant.
Cashier seemed to have a hard time understanding what I was ordering. I am American, I had to speak to her very slowly and point at pictures and she still acted as if she didn't understand. Finally, another young lady came up and took our order. The pizza's were great.
My family (party of 12) and I came to enjoy a meal. We arrived at 7:58 pm but they closed at 9 pm. We were informed that there was no dine in and it was take out only. We had just traveled 30 minutes from our hotel to sit and eat because they told us on the phone that they didn't deliver in the off-season and we didn't want take out just to have cold food in our hotel room. So, we simply asked "why?" just trying to understand why we couldn't just sit and enjoy some food (also there was no sign stating that they didn't do dine in and they didn't say that over the phone, otherwise we would've understood it better and we asked to see that sign and never saw it ). Then, the cashier went to get the "manager" ( who was actually the pizza maker because he would've been a lot more helpful to customers if he was the manager and I know because I've managed a restaurant before and even a manager knows not to be rude to customers) and it was explained in a very nasty way that they didn't have to explain anything to us. Very angry, we had some choice of words for them (you would understand why if you heard how they spoke to us) and left the place at 8:10 pm, never to come back.
Very unprofessional and rude. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
This place is pretty run down looking. We visited during the off-season and while the pizza was good, the wait was long. They did not have a working salad bar, most of the seating was blocked off, and they were out of silverware (they had none clean). There were only 3 employees working so some of these issues might be due to being short staffed? So good pizza, busy will make a long wait, and there is no atmosphere.
