LIke what was said before me, the menu prices are hiked up 5-7 dollars FOR EACH ITEM and then they charge you $6 for delivery. Called the company number to ask if there was a mistake on prices listed and she literally just told me no this is how we mark up to make money.. Hung up.
This company is taking money away from those who do take away at restaurants. My partner works at outback steakhouse and does take away. He relies on customers tips. When premire restaurant delivery picks up food from him, he gets nothing and premier is the one that gets paid. A company taking money away from someone working hard for it. Do not use this company. The premier driver even told him "wish I could tip you but gotta make money." Going to be cheaper if you drive there and get it yourself. The menu prices on this website differs from the actual restaurant.
I made it clear it was my first time using their services and asked how does it work? What's the fee? With joy in his voice he said a delivery fee of $5.99 with no minimum order amount. My food was only $11 yet when the delivery guy made it to the door my amount due was $27. I hate scammers! Why not include the cost you're gonna finesse me in the delivery fee to at least gain the title of an honest delivery service. Now the con artist won't answer the phone back when I call. Definitely a lesson learned...Cowards!
My wife and I have ordered from this service a few times, the food is good however the prices are getting to be higher then I am willing to pay. We used to spend $35-40, now when order can't keep the bill under $50. Good service though.

We have only used Premier Restaurant Delivery a couple times, but have been very pleased with the service. With having two young children it's not always a viable option to go out to the actual restaurants and sit and enjoy a meal. The fact that we were able to satisfy our craving each time (Longhorn Steakhouse, and Outback) while remaining in the comfort of our home, was very nice. The food was delivered in a timely manner and to our specifications each time. We are very happy with Premiere Restaurant Delivery and the restaurants available. Would definitely recommend it to any one that asks.
