Food was GREAT but service was TERRIBLE. The waitress forgot to put our meal in and as we waited, we notice people that came in well after us were being served. I had to go to the bar twice to get a refill and to make an additional order because the waitress was MIA. The couple next to me said it was the worst serivce they experience at LongHorn. But the absolute worst was when I was talking to the couple next to me about how long I waited for my food, the good-for-nothing-waitress stood there staring at me with this stupid grin on her face. So I asked her if she had my bill she could leave it, she just turned and walked away without saying a word. So DISRESPECTFUL. At least the manager apologized and discounted the bill.

The food was excellent. My ribeye was cooked as requested with a very delicious marbled taste of fat and meat. The salad was very good as well. The waitress was less than excellent she never asked if we needed more to drink or if we wanted more bread. Just took or order and bring us the bill. There was no option of no tip so we gave the lower amount.
The staff is genuinely courteous..That sauce/dip with chicken on appetizer is great.
I would like to personally thank Ms.Jami Ritchy for going above and beyond to make sure that WE had a Great experience. Because our steaks were over cooked the first go around she personally went and got the next ones which were cooked by her and absolutely awesome. She is a great person who has earned by business for as long as she is there. THANKS again Jami...
The food was great... the service was great... but the bathroom smelt like it came from the fiery pits of hell... I could barely use the bathroom the smell was so bad
