Went to lunch with our e club, coupons today. Manager even came to check them out. Pay the bill get in the car, no discount. Charged full price. This has happened before. When will I learn! I called the manager, he's making it right. Thank you!
Please ask for Jacqueline S. She was our waitress! I believe in tipping and treating a waitress/waiter with the upmost respect. I was a waitress when I was in college and it is a tough job with low wages. But when a child says she deserves a big tip, you know she was a great waitress. She was on top of everything. Before our salad, breadsticks or drinks could get low she was refilling everything without us having to ask. She had our to-go boxes and bags waiting on us and to-go cups full and wanting for us too. Highly recommend her to you all and we will ask for her at our next visit too!
We had a nice dinner with the family. They were busy. It took some time to be served but food was good.
Our server was a young man named Jason. He did an excellent job of taking care of all our needs while he also severed two other tables. He was very courteous, kind and polite. He made sure that we did not need anything at our table. He also was able to relate so well to the elderly couple near our table and the group of young college students that set at another near by table. His service was so refreshing that we had to give him a tip(we wish we had more to give) and go share this news with two managers in the bar area of Olive Garden to let them know just how much we appreciated it. Food was under cooked. Stuffed Mushrooms were still hard and the stuffing was not fully cooked. My chicken and shrimp dinner didn't look like the picture because nothing was browned properly. Salad did not have enough dressing. Certainly could have been better. Best thing about tonight was our waitress. She was amazing!! Hardworking!
