Theater was not cleaned over booked seats eventhough we got their 1/2 hour early and was freezing on the coldest night of the year 32 degrees with babies and children in there very disappointing my second trip there and last Happy holidays! Hope it improves there.
Our last visit seemed to have a dying bulb in the projector, it was very dark, not sure how often they QC the theaters. People are very nice though. ☺️
Update: this is the 4th movie we have seen here where the projector bulb was so dark the movie was not worth seeing in theaters. Probably will stop coming here.
Good location, comfortable theater, but weird place.
Movie scheduled for 7:45. Movie didn't start until 8:15. They forgot.
Just visited this evening. My husband and I purchased drinks, both cups had slits in the bottom, they would NOT give us new cups. So we are sorry to the cleaner that has to clean up the drink mess in the theater. No security, not even an usher. It’s saddening that now we have to drive all the way to Myrtle beach, to get decent service.......
Been going there for years. Considering the age and state of the surrounding mall it is a great theater. Quality great, sound, everything perfect. They always have the best movies out too.
Last time we were here they played the wrong movie for quite a while before stopping and starting with previews again.
