This place is amazing. Not only do we get to recline in the most comfortable seats, but everyone is incredible. Extremely friendly, helpful and courteous, can't say enough. I never go anywhere else. I love how we can buy tickets ahead of time and choose our seats.
The new Jumanji is better than advertised. Very funny. Best for people over 13 at least. The Greatest Showman looks like it will be awesome. Pitch Perfect 3 should be good too. Of course Star Wars and Justice League are out of this world!
They have a great atmosphere for watching movies and they have cool reclining seats. Great idea for a gift for Christmas or birthday too. They have tons of food specials and offers because everyone loves some good popcorn and a tall cold drink. They have all the latest movies and very friendly staff.
I would like to start off by saying I really enjoyed the movie that I saw. My problem is that this was my first time going to the theater since the remodel. I was in theater 10 and my sit was E14. It started off bad by a guy in there was in my seat because he said that he chose an end seat. I said okay and that I'd sit in his seat. When I got in the seat it was broken. The chairs sit straight up so I was really uncomfortable for a almost 3 hour movie. Another thing is that I saw it in 3D and I still had a good seat but my glasses had a big scratch in one of the lenses, this is the second time I've had damaged glasses at this theater. I didn't say anything to a manager because like most businesses nothing would have probably been done. So I will think again before choosing this theater.
Paid online to get the seats we want. The seating is awesome and would be worth it if only the closed captioning device worked. This was the 4th time we went and all 4 times there is always an issue with the closed captioning. Will NOT go back because of this issue. Got my money back this time all other times they didn't seem to give a flip if my wife missed the first 15 minutes. Missed out on star wars because of this ongoing issue that is in dire need of repair or training of employees using it. Good idea but if it doesn't work what good is it?
Nice staff, amazing recliner seating, you can pick your seats while buying tickets, and the place is clean. The prices are crazy but that's every movie theater you go. They have a great variety of candy and food. They even sell beer and alcohol. It's in the mall which is the horrible thing about it! Small arcade but cute.
