Tony Never showed up. He told me he would be there on (2) different days. No call No showed both days. It has been a waste of time.

Yesterday I realized my refrigerator had died and Googled "refrigerator repair" and found this company 30 Minute Services. I called and Tony came in less than 30 minutes! He quickly figured out what was wrong and ordered the part. He was kind and gave me some tips on dealing with the current food I had in refrigerator. He quickly installed the new part today. He was very professional and even offered to help me deal with Lowe's where I had only purchased it less than a year ago! What a great company and repairmen!! Five stars isn't enough for such good work!!!

Most unresponsive business I have ever dealt with! They blew me off! Called 8:30 am on a Monday morning. Frig warm food spoiling. The guy said someone would be out that day. Stayed home all day. Nobody came. Called them back at 4:30 PM and was told there was a main water break but they would be out 8:30 AM on Tuesday. On tues at 10:30 AM tried calling them when nobody showed up. Nobody answered. They never picked up our calls again and they never came on Tuesday or any other time after. Do not expect good service from this business . We got Appliance Medic (Kevin) to come out next day so I recommend you call them instead.
