Excellent service !They responded quickly, were very efficient, professional, reasonably priced, and had us up and running with a new hot water heater in record time. Honestly can't say enough great things about them!

From the receptionist, to the owner, to the plumber who came to the house to fix my issues, the level of service was consistent. They were able to fit me in that day and fixed my plumbing problem. The plumber that was sent over was kind, courteous and efficient.

I had a leak coming from under my slab into my garage. It was around my hot water heater. So I called a company and I paid $130 for the five minutes it took them to tell me that I did indeed need a new hot water heater. After talking to a relative I decided to get a second opinion. So I looked on Home Advisor and found Vines Plumbing Company. Vines came out the same day I called and Worker John did a thorough search including my water meter. He took about 20 minutes and he said that I had a leak under the slab. That it was not the water heater. Vines consultation did not cost me a dime... It was free. John explained to me my options and what the procedure would be. Vines people ( Rick, Jake and others came out, did what they had to do and now everything is fixed so quickly and I am so excited about the expertise that Vines plumbing showed me. I will always call Vines for all my plumbing needs to my home from now on! I will also recommend them to others because their service and prices are Beyond Compare!
We at Conway Air Conditioning had an incident where we need Vines Plumbing and Water Restoration. When we made our call they promptly dispatched out there water restoration manger Mike who arrived within 20 min to the job site. He quickly assist the situation and had his team of experts out within 30 minutes. He was thorough with our customer and handled everything from start to finish. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. I had a broken drain pipe under my sink that evidently was installed incorrectly when the house was built.
