The condo was severely mismanaged by another company and was suffering from major water damage. In stepped Ann Bradford to take charge and advocate on my behalf for the repairs of my condo knowing I live in California and how difficult it is for me to handle things from so far. Worst company i have ever used. My rental record is spotless, rent on time etc. My rental agent is just awful. I reported issues when i moved in in July like, walls not painted, peeling paint roaches etc, they did nothing back then, but now a 6 month inspection comes in and its the first they have heard of it and now my agent, Anne is blaming me for not contacting them in a timely manor. She is strong arming me and really all they care about is to make sure i know what i am responsible for in the remainder of the lease.
New client to Park Ave Properties but so far we have been very pleased. Our propert manager, Stacey Hucks, goes above and beyond to ensure we are well informed. She provides assistance in finding good 3rd party companies to work on our property to get it ready for listing. Of all the companies we considered, Park Ave properties were the most knowledgeable of our location and have many properties from our neighborhood already as clients. I would recommend Park Ave if you are in need of a company that has your interests in mind. A true team feeling.
Absolutely the most unethical and incompetent people I have ever dealt with.
I know they will not give me a reference when i move out, i expect that, but just stay away from them, between the bugs, the damage and the fact they blame you for everything and do nothing is a joke. most likely this will end up in housing court very soon. Stay away if you can is all i have to say or get a different agent
