Very nice staff. It's targeted for kids or teens but I had fun anyway.
I did like that they begin their time slots at 30 vs most places having only the 1hour and up option. I also liked the rock climbing.
Over all our experience was enjoyable but there are some changes that would improve that.
3. Small facility. Only a limited number of free jumping spaces.
Kind of a street that you go down and buy all the little plates t-shirts and all the decorative stuff novelty shops
My family went there today and had a good deal of fun but this place lacks in a few areas that other indoor trampoline parks excel in.
Our first time going was last week for my son's 5th Birthday. I would say that overall we had a blast until one of the workers made me feel very uncomfortable. I would leave one station due to him staring but every station I went to he followed and stood and kept staring until the manager was notified. Then I was able to finish our fun time due to him not being around. I want to say his name is Ben. We spent over $80 to be harrassed, follow, and feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, Melissa and Steve were awesome. Melissa took the time to acknowledge my son's birthday and made him laugh a lot. Also helped my son with the climbing wall. But as far as the other guy if he is there the next time and does the same it won't turn out pretty for him. I was nice last time due to it being my sons actual birthday and just put it in the hands of the manager. If there is a next time I will confront him myself if he still has a job there and if I don't like how that ends then I will touch base with my cop friends to see what needs to be done.
2. The socks are thin and cheap. Not a thick quality like many other places I've been too.
4. Really strict rules-- no cell phones on the Trampoline's. No face shots in dodgeball. Gimme. A. Break.
For starters, 1. There is no clear time schedule. You kinda just jump until you're tired. Yes, you pay for 30 minutes or whatever, but if you jump past that, no one is the wiser because they don't have a visible timer and they don't use the intercoms to announce beginning and ending times. This is frustrating because in comparison to several other places I've been to, they have a small facility and it can get crowded easily.
Nice facility. Staff was friendly. Could have done a better job patrolling rude kids playing though. Other than that, it was fun.
