Bottom line, I would recommend this complex. They are continually upgrading the complex and want it to be a nice place to live, and if you pay your rent on time and don't cause problems you won't hear from management. Also can't beat the location- you're pretty close to everything! I think for what we pay we are getting a great deal, and I'm sure rent will go up with the improvements they are making (if it hasn't already!)
Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any issues we've had (and they are very friendly). The front office ladies are nice, I only ever see them if I need to pick up a package.
The leasing office is wonderful to work with. Everyone is so friendly, understanding and helpful. Jennifer has been amazing! The property is beautiful and in a great location. I look forward to being here! Highly recommended
I disagree. The maintenance guys are the only thing about living here that I loved... the 3 stars are for them and them only. They are over the top nice and friendly and very helpful! Also being a woman where my husband worked all of the time I felt safe there knowing these nice guys were always around. The ladies in the office are nosey gossipers always in everyones business and there was nothing luxury about the apartment. Nothing had a finished look, it wasn't as big as it claimed by about 150 sq ft ( which is a big deal in a "900 sq ft" apartment ) I'm just really curious what they consider to be luxury ... the cheap cabinets ? The cheap floors? The cheap vanity in the bathrooms? It's all the cheapest quality you could find. Is the pond that always gave my dogs the sh*** and hookworm considered luxury ? Exactly what is everyone paying so much for? Location? Cause that is the only thing that is convenient about living here. Please dont sign the lease. If you could month to month please do that and decide for yourself.
Seaside Grove has been the place for us to get our feet established here in MB! We love the staff, the amenities and the location! The walking path around the lake is perfect for the cool summer nights and feeding the ducks and turtles is a highlight with the kids. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relocate to the area. The location is FABULOUS! You are close to main roads but far enough away to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and peaceful nights.
My husband and I have lived here for just over 6 months and overall we have enjoyed our stay here. These aren't the newest apartments here at the beach, but the grounds are maintained nicely and since we have been here they have been undergoing extensive renovations (newly paved parking lot, new pool, and they will begin replacing the roof next week). Thankfully we haven't noticed a dampness issue in our apartment like other reviewers but the apartment does show some slight wear (a few dings in the appliances, a stain on the bathroom vanity from a hot tool,etc). This is to be expected since people have lived here before us. There have been two times in the last 6 months that someone caused an issue with noise, but otherwise it is generally quiet (at least in building 105).
Also do yourself a favor and buy a mold test kit before moving in. I had to take about 6 z packs for respiratory infections while living there just over a year and a half... my daughter's asthma significantly improved since leaving and I no longer weeze at night and in the morning. I haven't taken antibiotics in going on 7 months now ...
I really enjoy living here, its right in between everything I need to drive to. The front office is beyond helpful and so nice. I know I have had some issues in my apartment but maintenance is very quick to respond and respectful of our home even when we are not there. My building is so quiet! I also feel our rent is very fair for this area, I've done plenty of research on other local apartments and we are getting our moneys worth! The gym and small walking trail is also nice. I hope this helps anyone looking for a new apartment!
