Every single time I pick my toddler up her diaper is dirty! Oh, they will change it when it's wet but that's it! The kids all have dirty faces and are always crying! The owner sold me on her excellent program but I've never seen her since. The lead teacher is cold and nasty. At 18 months; none of the toddlers even speak basic sentences. Also, my toddler is constantly sick.
All of the teachers are very tentative and genuinely care for the children. My little boy started at the beginning of 2017 and it didn't take long for him to get adjusted. That says a lot about what goes on while I'm not there. They send home a sheet everyday with what they worked on, what he ate, when he slept and how many times he was changed. I really feel comfortable with my son in the care of this school.
I had such high hopes but this place is a fraud. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! You can get this service level for far, far less.
