I have paid for a vacation package on 4-24-2017 with a schedule travel date of 8-31-2017 to Orlando, Fl staying at The Westgate with a check out date of 9-3-2017. I have been calling and texting Mike to get confirmed and I have not been able to get a call back or response from him about my trip. 8-26-2017 I texted him and called again to get a refund of the money that I have paid and yet it is 8-28-2017 and still no response. I have used this agency for a couple of trips before and the experience was fine but now it appears to be a rip off. I work hard for my money and I love to travel and I would like a complete refund of my money since I was never confirmed by the resort to take my children on their Labor Day trip.
