The hotel accommodation are nice. The furniture could be updated, especially in the living room. The kitchen needs to be updated on their cookware, baking pans, measuring cups and spoons for those staying for a few weeks. I also think the maids need to ask if you need anything while on the floor as a courtesy to the guess. We were here for one week and the only came in once to vacuum and replace items. We had to call and get them to bring more garbage bags and paper towels.
He repaired the fan after repairing the drawers doing a professional and excellent job.

Every time I come to my Resort I come with joy and confidence knowing the great service and care of excellence they have for their members.
They gave me the alternative to fix it immediately. Good!
Overall, we really like staying here. Some routine updating is needed. Our washing machine was on the fritz. Bench seat at table was impossible to sit at because the cushion would slid off and was even dangerous at times. However, service is good, great location, and clean. We are repeat customers.
Staff is courteous. View from our room was 4 star but beware the pictures as they are deceiving. We thought we were staying in the new section but were placed in the old hotel section. The room was very small. The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were child sized. The breakfast was un impressive. Our timeshare presentation ended up being 3 hours vs the 90 minutes we were told. Will not stay here again.
Rooms are beautiful lots of space. All couches turn in to beds perfect for guest. The kitchen has a booth bench which i thought was cool. Full kitchen and full fridge was awesome lazy river and pool are heated great view and right on the water
I arrived at 9:30 p.m. Getting on my bedroom after enjoying a show with my wife when the drawers of my room got stuck, I called front desk to notified it and see if they could come later the next day to fix it.
They sent Brian Z. (staff) which started the repairs a few minutes later and did an excellent job which repaired them all, I asked him if he could come on the next days because the fan was making a noise.
