My husband and I were looking to purchase a BMW at this dealership. I had a very nice Mercedes to trade in. The sales manager called to tell us the trade in price and said the BMW was brand new and he had never issued a title for the vehicle until now. When we received the car fax, we realized the car did have a previous owner and what the sales manager told us was not true. Their first trade in price was close, so we made multiple attempts to reach out to the sales manager, with no response back. We called Jon, the sales manager several times and he failed to call us back. After a week of waiting to hear back, the dealership retracted their offer and refused to sell us anything. What kind of business ignores costumers and won't call and talk to their customers?
Very very impressive to treat me this way a non customer. I hope the GM or owner reads this, these guys need a raise....smile
I am giving you 5 stars and I didnt even get my x5 repaired. I was in Myrtle beach for the holidays and my car started making this weird noise as I was driving down the strip. I looked up the nearest dealer and found BMW of Myrtle Beach. I got there withing 1.5 hours of closing on a Saturday and explained I was out of town and having engine trouble. They took my car in and got a mechanic on it right away and even asked me to ride with the driver to determine the noise. One hour later we pretty much come to the conclusion it was the belt and tensioner... they looked up the parts and gave me two choices, drive home on it (noise had stopped) or they would gladly arrange for me to come back Monday morning and the would repair it first thing. I decided to drive the 3.5 hrs home... They did all of this and did not charge me for the time... Big thanks to the tech (i dont recall his name) and the service advisor Chris Chuako.
