I had scheduled an appointment through the website to get my sprinter's brakes looked at since they were squeaking occasionally and also my TPMS needed to be reset. The appointment started at the time it was scheduled. The facility is really amazing. They have free snacks and drinks which I didn't have but I was tempted. The technicians were extremely professional and really helpful. They reset the TPMS and explained how the squeaking noise was just from brake dust and they even washed the vehicle partially to help in removing brake dust. Total cost was $0. This was my first experience taking my sprinter into a dealer and I was a little concerned that it might be expensive to get it looked at. This was not the case for me and I couldn't be happier. Very professional and I would highly recommend them. Thanks!
