Yeayyy Costco! Fresh fruit and veggies, fish and meat, baked bread and cakes plus tons of gadgets, tools, accessories and much much more. Yes, you but in bulk but for big families that's perfect. They also add interesting foods all the time.
Worth having a membership if you shop for groceries or for items for your home. Like Sam's Club they have quality merchandise at the best prices though a few dollars more per year. If you have a business outs hard to say if this is better than Sam's Club, that depends on the business. Being a member of both strongly suggest visiting each before making the decision whether buying for yourself or a business.
Love Costco (remember when the MB Costco had friendlier employees, though). No need to tell an elderly lady in one of the scooters, while waiting inside at the door because it's cold outside, that "you're in my way!" Wow. You can't see a cart coming and take a step foward?
Costco is one of my favorite places to shop. First off they have samples of food you can try. Second the staff is always helpful and friendly. Third they have great deals, plus where else can you get 4 pounds of Ranch dressing for less than $12. That's awesome! Plus they always have specials.
Associates act snooty & seem to be clueless! I was there to pick up a catering order for a friend. The associates didn't know where to direct me. When I found the food court finally, I was told I couldn't enter without a card. When I presented the card, instead of letting me pass the associate asked what I was looking for. When I answered, she told me I was in the wrong place. I was redirected twice after that, only to end up back at the food court where I was supposed to be in the first place. After FINALLY getting my order from the ONE person who knew about it, there was supposed to be 12 fountain drinks. Arrangement was supposed to be made for someone to help me carry them to my car. Instead, they gave me 12 cups & a 2 liter soda with no ice. The last time I checked, fountain drinks came with ice. When I confronted the person in charge(Brenda I think), she told me I was welcome to fill up a couple of the cups with ice(no lids included) & carry them with me. The help that was promised when the order was placed still was not offered. If that wasn't a bad enough experience, I got to the exit & was stopped by the same associates who gave me the wrong directions. "We don't sell single two liters here. How did you get that?!?" one of them asked, as if to imply that I stole it. I then had to explain to her how I got the soda that I had just paid for! What was supposed to be a 10 min. pickup turned into a half an hour of chaos, me being made to feel inferior, & implicated as being a thief!! If I did have a membership there, I certainly would have canceled after this shopping trip! I told my friend that he could pickup his own orders from this snooty, ignorantly fascist store from now on. Can you say SAM's Club??
