Purchased a great deep nonstick skillet for about half the price I'd expect. Received great service from the employees and they were super friendly with my daughter. Good selection and reasonable prices all around.
Good prices on sale product. Store was easy to shop and had associates on the sales floor to help.
The new check out system is horrid. Stood in line 10 ft from the check out. A person waited at the check out only to later be told to get in line after 3 persons got on line in front of her because she didn't realize there was a new system. Then in front of me was a woman shopping from the check out with another woman. The second woman added 4 items after running back and forth looking for what they wanted. Holding up the one check out person while 4 people stood in line and waited. And JC Penny wonders why their business is down
There wasn't any sales people working on the floor. I had to ask a jewelry sales person to call someone to the small appliance dept. The sales person came and she helped with concern and courtesy. The store needs to have more sales people covering for the ones on their dinner breaks. I'm an experienced customer service and sales person and I know the sales floor should be covered at all times.
