Waited over a month for my new patient appointment; Received no fewer than four calls from a brusk, monotone nurse (reminded me of one of my drill sergeants) confirming my appointment. I'm a teacher so I'd had to take the whole day off of work because they don't do new patient appointments in the afternoon. Then got a call from said nurse the day of my appointment saying that it was cancelled. No apology, no effort to reschedule, they wouldn't even budge and reschedule it in the afternoon so I wouldn't have to take another day off of work. Horrible

Do yourself a favor go some where else they were suppose to send my medicine to costco they sent it to target. Then have an infection which doctor wanted me on antibiotic which never got sent. Still 5 days later no antibiotic where is patient care. Oh i get it we just number to collect money and that's all. Then trying to explain to staff and they can't understand being upset well let them be sick needing a antibiotic and not get the service they paid for. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T RECOMMEND. PATIENT BEWARE!!!!!!
