I just want to say that I like the doctors here BUT when you go in for a physical or your wellness visit each year you will be charged TWICE for the same visit. For some reason, there are different levels of questions and care that are given and if you go beyond the wellness part - still trying to figure out what that could be , you are charged for another visit. AND this is for the same day! And we wonder why healthcare cost are expensive! The office manager said it is a complete physical and obviously it's not complete if you are charged ANOTHER VISIT for something that isn't approved . No other medications were discussed or prescribed. I will be looking for my family another healthcare provider who doesn't charge for extra visits on the same day.

Please note , if you go to this healthcare establishment, they will charge you twice for the same doctor appointment . I have talked with the office manager about removing the second visit on the same day but she would not . My husband went in for his annual visit .. did everything as they did last year but for some reason now they charge for two visits . Supposedly this year there are different level questions ? Are our questions we ask doctors now tiered and we can be charged for them ?! For a complete physical we should be able to ask the doctor anything . I asked the office manager if my family charts could be flagged to be only charged once and of course the answer was no ... So please be warned if you go to Waccamaw Community Care . We will be looking for another healthcare provider who doesn't overcharge .
