We've rented through Palmetto several times and have found them courteous and efficient. We usually stay at the same location and have always been happy with the cleanliness and quick response to requests for service. We would be using them again this year and probably in the future had my medical insurance not been cancelled due to a heart attack (thankfully recovering well.)
4847 Luster Leaf Dr #105. I don't know who the owner is...but I was ate up with bedbugs so bad they had to take me out of work and put on medication, I now have scars on my body. I can no longer wear open clothes. We came down from NC for a wedding and vacation weekend. The worse weekend of my life The entire unit was nasty, dust everywhere hair in the tub and all in the furniture on top of the Refrigerator so deep you can write your name. My brother in law have not been compensated yet nor myself due to them just wanting to pay just my doctor bills, which in my opinion is not fair.
Great Company. We went down for Mothers day weekend in one of the properties. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The service was great. When we left we had someone leave their cellphone in the unit. We called and the representatives were able to retrieve the phone and send it to us. We enjoyed our stay ans we will be back.
This place is a great vacation rental. It was really clean and perfect for me and my family size. The only downside was that the cable suck.
Loved our stay. The room and resort is wonderful. Bring your family and enjoy the wonderful establishment. It’s quiet, friendly and very relaxing.
