Complete disappointment. Our family has been renting along the Inter-coastal for the past 15 years and have never had a negative experience until this year. From the moment we walked onto the dock, the man and woman working at this facility were miserable (I'm assuming husband and wife owners). Our group consisted of age ranges mid 30's to mid 60's, we are not young kids. However, the man giving directions spoke down to us like we were misbehaved toddlers when going over the rules and general guidelines of driving wave runners. I understand that some renter, hit some item, sometime in the beginning of summer... don't take it out on me. As a matter of fact, it was probably a blessing. It forced them to take one of their ancient, tired, beat up wave runners out commission (or as they refer to them "older, more stable wave runners"). After the 30 minutes of instruction, the gentleman pushed the wave runners out into the water one by one and instructed everyone to "do circles." Everyone did just that and the gentleman proceeded to yell at everyone because the circles were "too large." He then muttered some inappropriate things about my wife under his breath. I would've preferred to smack him silly and end it right there but I'm sure we wouldn't get out money back from this fly by night operation (seriously, they don't even have electric or running water at this facility). Finally, all of us were out and we embarked on our "tour." I was not aware when we signed up that this was a "follow the leader wave runner tour." In the past at other facilities, the guide drove us out and let us go out and play. Not the case here. If you get out of a straight line... yelled at. Get out of the person in front of you's wake... yelled at. The only way to keep the group leader happy is to cruise along at half throttle doing 20 mph and stay in a straight line. There is no play, no fun, and certainly no customer service with this operation. Beware of the woman taking creepy cell phone photos of your entire group, they plaster them all over their Facebook page w/in minutes of you completing your journey. Maybe ask permission first before you post photos of people's families all over the internet? Maybe it was just a bad day for these two but we won't be back. We will be going back to the other side of the bridge next year where they know how to treat paying customers with respect.

Two hour tour on jet skis was stupendous! So much fun and worth every penny!
Went in August 2016 and had an excellent experience. We rented 4 jet skis for our family and we all had a blast. It was my first experience ever on one and a great one. We went with Jeff and he was very professional, pointing out the safety aspects but expressing to everyone to just have fun. He made sure everyone was safe and not left behind. Will definitely be back for the safari ride! Had loads of fun, thanks Jeff!
I highly recommend Waterway Power Sports! Reasonable pricing, friendly service, along with an on point instructional tutorial session prior to hitting the water. I will definitely continue to return when I'm in the area! Not only do they have Jet skis but they also have pontoon boats, paddle boards and kayak rentals. If you're ever in the area you should definitely hit them up. It'll be a day you won't soon forget.
