Feels like the vet at this hospital doesn't care about your pet but she does care how much MONEY she will make on you. The prices for their services are too high. Secondly, I had the worst experience I could possibly imagine with Dr ISABELLE YING. She at least needs to start explaining to her customers what she does to their pets. I wanted to travel with my dog oversees, scheduled an appointment more than a month before travel, and after the first appointment Dr Isabelle Ying assured me that I would be able to travel on a date I told her. I bought the tickets for my dog, spent money on the visit and vaccine, and found the place where my dog could get his last vaccine. However, Dr Isabelle forgot to tell me that after the vaccine she made, my dog had to wait for three weeks before having another one. Unfortunately, Dr Isabella does NOT know that there are combo vaccines that include everything that my dog needs. He could simply get two shots (one rabies and one combo shot) instead of being over vaccinated. All the clinics that I called advised me to change the hospital while Dr Isabelle advised me to change the tickets. Seems like she does not know anything about vaccines, plus when you ask her questions she behaves very unprofessionally. Unfortunately, due to her lack of knowledge I have to look for a place where a member of my family, my puppy, has to stay while I'll be away. Do not repeat my mistake. There are lots of good animal hospitals in Myrtle Beach Area. Schedule your appointment somewhere else.

Dr. Isabelle and her staff are very nice and friendly! They do an exceptional job dealing with a scared dog at a vet appointment. We adopted a Siberian husky from a shelter who is scared of everything. They did a great job making sure he was safe and not under any unnecessary stress.
Staff were super friendly and informative. We emailed from Canada inquiring about dental cleaning/surgery. They answered all our questions and provided a quote by email. Surgery was a success, prices were very reasonable. We will definitely return there for all our vet needs when we visit MB again. Thank you!
