Called ahead to let them know of the situation and the lady at the desk acted like she didn't have a clue...she just sat and stared at us like we were intruding on her time. Let us sit for 45 minutes and then said oh I forgot to get your paperwork then came in saying it would be another hour. The person we called and talked to was great but the receptionist was just stupid! Had to leave and get her to another ER as the dog was projectile puking!
We were extremely pleased with how friendly the staff is. Extremely clean, free coffee, and I can't say enough how friendly and caring everyone was. I am going to switch to here from my old veteran.
Very expensive! They are a franchise. Push science diet food which is not good food because they get a kick back.
I have had the pleasure of taking my dog here for a year and I've had nothing less than friendly and professional service. Highly recommend this place and a special thanks to Dr. Arnett for always coming through with the dog treats!
Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a vet. All of the staff will judge you for how terrible of a pet owner you are. Go to Grand strand humane society instead or pretty much some place that isn't a chain where they actually care
